Pricing
The
mobile line has the capabilities to produce 250 cases per hour.
A full day bottling is determined to be 7.5 hours of production
time. Bottling usually starts at 8:00 am and concludes at 4:30
p.m. and includes 2-15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch.
Transport, Set-up, Line Sterilization
No Charge
Transport charge will apply for bottling outside Niagara
Price per Case
$2.75 per case, minimum 550 cases. Under 550 cases the Half
Day Rate will apply.
To obtain the case rate the speed of the line must be a minimum
of 200 cases per hour.
Hourly Rate
$550 should the production rate of 200 cases per hour be unobtainable
the hourly rate will be applied.
Half Day
$1650 Includes 3 hrs of bottling time
Additional
Charges

$100 per wine change
$150 per bottle and/or closure change
*$325 Pall 1.0 micron prefilter
*$425 Pall .45 micron final filters
$100 overnight lodging charge for bottling runs more than
1 day outside Niagara.
Overtime 1st hour case rate or hourly rate + $250, All additional
hour will be charged at the case rate or hourly rate + $350
*Winery
may purchase the filters from Hunter Bottling or supply their
own. Filters are returned to the winery after the run for
use on the next bottling.
