Our Truck

Built in the summer of 2006 the Hunter mobile bottling line is incorporated on an International CF600 cabover truck with a 22’ enclosed Alvan trailer housing the equipment.

Driven by the Hunter bottling crew the size of the truck was selected to easily maneuver into wineries that have space or access constraints.
The mobile line contains:

 Rotating 2-head smoothing unit for Aluminium, polylaminated or tin caps
Rotating 2 heating heads for PVC caps
 Labelling (front, back and neck band capabilities)
 label overprinting capability
 bottle orientation for specific label placement
EBS 6100 Ink Jet coding of the bottles
 3M Case Taper capable of both top and bottom taping
